Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation : Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival (except WelcomHeritage Parv Vilas Resort & Spa, Kasauli). Bank charges applicable in case of any refund. Full reservation amount will be charged in case of a no show or cancelled after the 7 days of check in date.
- All the bookings made for the stay dates between 14th August and 17th August 2026 are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Group Bookings : Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance
Additional Information:
- Refunds : Applicable bank charges may be deducted from refunded amounts. Gateway or bank charges of 2–5% are non-refundable in case of booking cancellation.
- Non-refundable Periods : Bookings made during long weekends, festivals, citywide sold-out dates, and blackout periods (city sold-out dates, festivals, Christmas & New Year’s) are non-refundable and non-changeable. Dates between 20th December to 2nd January are considered blackout periods, and non-refundable periods.
- New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner : A mandatory Gala Dinner fee applies to all WelcomHeritage Hotels & Resorts guests on New Year’s Eve
CHILD POLICY
- Complimentary stay for two children upto 5 years of age on room only basis without extra bed.
- Extra bed will be charged for children above 5 years.
